Duties
- Perform tasks on construction sites
- Engage in heavy equipment operation as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks, moving materials and products as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience operating heavy equipment is desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physically demanding tasks consistently.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
