Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation of custom cabinetry and closet systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate installation.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are safe and in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety protocols
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in custom cabinet and closet installation.
• Proficient with installation tools and techniques.
• Skilled in cutting and installing crown molding and decorative embellishments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.
• Have the ability to lift up to 75lbs.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Proficient in English Language
