We are seeking a full-time In-House Counsel , licensed to practice in Georgia , to join our legal team immediately . This position involves representing the interests of various privately held companies and their officers, with a focus on the collection of debts, enforcement of judgments, and strategic litigation as necessary. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in creditor-related bankruptcy proceedings, demonstrated success in courtroom litigation, and a thorough understanding of both Georgia bankruptcy laws and landlord-tenant regulations. Additional bar admissions are welcome but not required.

A strong background in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases from the creditor’s perspective is essential , as is the ability to navigate complex business litigation and negotiate effectively with opposing parties. The successful candidate will have a proven record of managing cases through to resolution, including formal court appearances and trial work, rather than relying solely on settlement negotiations. Immediate availability is a must, given the pressing nature of the matters at hand.
