- Supervise and lead teams in new construction, maintenance, or repair work on energized/de-energized transmission systems.
- Coordinate and inspect work of crew members to ensure high-quality results.
- Responsible for upkeep and safety of all equipment and tools assigned for transmission construction.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to entry-level employees to enhance their skills and productivity.
Requirements:
- 8 years of recent field experience in transmission line work.
- Valid CDL and ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work overtime frequently and travel long distances.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in all aspects of distribution linework.
