Job Title: Warehouse Manager Department: Warehouse

Reports To: Director of Warehousing/Ops Mgr/Branch Mgr Reader Groups: All Notes Users

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervises warehouse personnel and daily operations.

2. Assigns work schedules and individuals' hours.

3. Communicates with delivery carriers and calls for pick-ups.

4. Makes sure customer orders are printed and routed correctly.

5. Purchases supplies and equipment for warehouse operations.

6. Keeps current job performance records on warehouse employees.

7. Hires, trains, and evaluates warehouse employees.

8. Handles Cases, claims, and returns

9. Manage with a focus on safety.

10. Understand and be able to train others on all relevant work instructions.

Experience Required

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years warehousing experience and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
