We are looking for a dynamic leader, automotive performance expert, and content visionary to drive day-to-day content creation for our Performance & Truck group, including Ford Muscle , MustangWeek , Off Road Xtreme, Diesel Army, and LSX Magazine . A deep passion for automotive performance is a must.
As Content Director, Performance & Truck , you’ll oversee content across five websites, social media, and video channels, while managing and mentoring a team of 5-7 creatives. In this role, you will develop and refine engaging content ideas, inspire your team, oversee project and vehicle builds, and ensure high content standards through rigorous editing and quality control. You’ll set the content direction to maintain quality, popularity, and credibility across each brand, working collaboratively with the leadership team and sales director to align content goals with business objectives.

- Oversee content strategy & production—written, video, and social—across all platforms, acting as an ambassador for the automotive community to ensure authenticity and uphold our brand voice.
- Drive project ideation and car builds that captivate and inspire fans, creating standout stories that engage our audience.
- Enforce rigorous content quality standards, maintaining a consistent style, tone, and brand voice
- Strengthen advertiser relationships by understanding their goals and creating innovative, engaging content that supports both their needs and our audience’s interests.
