Power Brands has a proven track record of success in the industry over the past 20 years.Role DescriptionWorking directly with the CEO, the Executive Assistant for Marketing & Sales Support will provide high-level administrative and operational assistance to the marketing and sales teams, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, lead management, and automation of workflows. This role requires a highly organized, tech-savvy individual who can manage and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and sales processes. The ideal candidate will support outreach, lead nurturing, reporting, and communication efforts to drive efficiency and growth.Key responsibilities include : Managing and optimizing marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation and email campaigns.Handling CRM systems to track and nurture leads generated from websites, Google Ads, and other channels.Setting up and maintaining workflow automation for form submissions, email responses, and customer segmentation.Assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead follow-ups, and promotional efforts.Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics for marketing and sales activities.Coordinating communication between the marketing, sales, and leadership teams.Assisting in the creation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required with strong experience).Proven experience in a marketing or sales support role with a strong emphasis on automation and CRM management.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, including but not limited to :
