Job Summary:
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service and technical support to Power Breezer customers. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, diagnosing technical issues, recommending solutions, processing orders, and maintaining accurate service records.
Responsibilities:
Take inbound and outbound calls from customers and partners.
Diagnose technical issues and recommend and implement proper solutions.
Quote and collect Purchase Orders.
Manage case queues and resolution time
Cooperate with engineering, Customer Service, and sales teams.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Typing skills – will be doing all quotes, documentation digitally.
Proficient with computers and applications, such as Google Workspace.
Familiarity with CRM applications, such as Salesforce.
High school diploma
An Associates degree or higher is a plus.
