What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Power Breezer?
Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and organized salespeople to help us grow our inside sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for multiple sales channels, including our channel partners and inbound leads. Each outside seller will be responsible for a territory within in the US
Inbound leads and pipeline:
- The seller will receive a number of inbound leads from their territory. They will be responsible for calling those leads to schedule appointments
- On average the seller will be responsible for holding 5-10 demos per week, during our peak season. Some demos are held virtually via zoom in our warehouse, and others will be passed to the outside sales team
- The sales rep is responsible for managing their pipeline of direct business, and closing their own deals
- Track all leads, contacts and opportunities in Salesforce, along with all activity
Channel Partners:
- Each salesperson will have a large number of channel partners within their territory. They will be responsible for contacting these partners no less than 3 times per year to keep them updated on the latest offerings
- Run demos for channel partners and assist them in closing business
Partnering with Outside Sales:
- Set up appointments for the outside team. Help keep their calendars full by strategically calling on channel partners and other opportunities within the market they are traveling to
- Assist them while on the road by updating salesforce
Qualifications:
- 1 year or more of sales experience in any capacity
- Strong computer skills, experience in google suite is preferred
- Experience with a CRM, like salesforce
- Intrinsically motivated with strong organization and problem solving skills
