Power Business Technology (PBT) is seeking a reliable Entry Level Networking Copier/IT Technician in the Modesto region who is concerned with customer satisfaction. You should be willing to work as part of the service and logistics team to ensure that the customer needs are met.
As a Networking Copier/IT Technician with PBT, your primary responsibility will be providing “top-notch” customer service with a strong focus on supporting clients in an office environment. Your daily tasks will consist of supporting network copier installations, troubleshooting copier networking issues onsite at customer locations and remotely. This role requires travel to local customer offices for network installation support and mileage is compensated. This role is roughly 60% onsite installations and 40% remote networking support.

You should be thorough in ensuring work orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of an Entry Level Networking Copier/IT Technician, but are not limited to:
- Set up equipment on networks and problem solve connectivity technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair networking issues on office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Provide high quality technical support to our customer base.
- On-site networking repair of copier and multi-functional products in an efficient and cost- effective manner.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop options to solve unusual problems.
- Manage time and installation schedule, resources, and territorial considerations.
- Maintain all company issued tools, computers, etc.
- Attend meetings as necessary or required.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Requirements
The key skills and qualities of an Entry Level Networking Copier/IT Technician:
- Strong understanding of device networking.
- A working understanding of computers, printers, and copier configuration. Must understand and learn the configuring, networking, and troubleshooting computers, printers, and related hardware.
- Must have a “can-do" attitude, strong customer service focus, and effective communication and people interaction skills as this position interacts directly with our customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Willingness to adhere to schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
