We are seeking a dedicated Power Washer Technician to join our team at Power Cleaning Systems. As a Power Washer Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of power washing equipment, providing on-site services, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
1. On-Site Repairs: Perform hands-on power washing services and diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of power washing equipment at client sites, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and delivering high-quality results.
2. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, including inspections, testing, and component replacements, to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the power washing equipment.
3. Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose complex technical problems using advanced tools and equipment. Develop effective solutions to restore equipment functionality and maintain cleaning performance.
4. Parts Replacement: Replace faulty components and parts as needed, ensuring proper installation and compliance with safety guidelines.
5. Technical Documentation: Accurately complete service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation of work performed. Provide clear and concise information for internal records and customer communication.
6. Client Communication: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing updates on service visits, repairs, and maintenance recommendations. Offer advice on maintaining cleanliness and equipment care.
7. Adherence to Safety Standards: Operate equipment and perform tasks in accordance with established safety protocols and guidelines. Prioritize safety at all times.
8. Remote Support: Collaborate with technical support and senior technicians to troubleshoot issues remotely and provide technical guidance to clients as needed.
9. Parts and Inventory Management: Communicate parts needs to the Parts Manager for timely procurement. Keep track of parts used during repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field preferred).
- Proven experience as a Field Service and/or in-shop Technician, preferably in the power washing, small engine repair or related industry.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with power washing systems, pumps, motors, and controls.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment and parts.
