Position Summary :
The Laborer / Groundman position is an entry-level position in the construction, maintenance and repair of foundations for primarily distribution, transmission & substation systems.

Essential Functions :
- Able to perform heavy physical labor including excavation and concrete work
- Works as part of a crew-teamwork
- Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by supervisor, crew leader, foreman, etc.
- Operate construction equipment
- Handle physically demanding construction duties
