Position Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct onscreen quality overlays, takeoffs, and descriptive narratives
- Organize team files to ensure Estimators can easily find documents
- Learn proficiency in the following softwares: Change Order Management (COM), Accubid Change Order Pro (COP), Accubid Live Count, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Oracle
- Transfer overlays and takeoff information into Accubid Change Order Management program
- Help Estimators prepare proposals for clients
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvements in processes
- Attend technical training sessions and share new knowledge with team members
- Learn the specific skills you need to advance your career as an Estimator, Assistant Project Manager, or Engineer at Power Design
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of relevant work experience in change order management or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to adapt to new technology and systems
- Accubid, Bluebeam, and AutoBid experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Able to provide a high level of customer service
