position details/responsibilities…
- Manage and prioritize internal customer request queue while responding to user requests in a quick and efficient manner.
- Determine most appropriate methods, including outside vendors and suppliers, for accomplishing projects in the most time and cost efficient manner.
- Review operational procedures, identify opportunities to enhance logistics processes, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Process deliveries and packages.
- Maintain perpetual inventory and distribution of supplies.
- Assemble critical documents accurately and in the most efficient method while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant experience required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Products.
- Familiarity with office equipment (large copiers, scanners, postage meters, etc.) and reprographics experience preferred, but not required.
