ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Objective: Responsible for the account and finance functions, including financial statements preparations, budgeting, cash management, A/R and A/P processes. Design and implementation of finance and accounting policies and procedures, including internal controls.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting. A CPA or MBA is preferred
• Minimum five years’ experience in accounting or financial analysis
• Experience in Public Accounting is preferred
• Previous Manager experience preferred

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach accounting staff
• Design and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate all reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Monitor and manage company’s daily cash position
• Prepare cash flow projections
• Coordinate the budgeting process
• Implement financial planning processes and procedures
• Manage insurance policies
• Oversee weekly payroll
• Supervise Sales Tax calculation filing
• Perform month-end close, assuring accuracy and timeliness
