- High School diploma or equivalent, and
- Minimum 1 year experience in an automotive part qualification role.
- Experience in blueprint reading.
- Experience with Coordinate Measuring Devices and other precision measuring tools and testing systems.
- Experience with meeting ISO/QS-9000 or ISO 9001:2000 or TS16949 management system requirements.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Responsible for the validation of new/changed products to the customer, ensuring that products conform to
- Responsible for performing or monitoring all quality related testing as required by the customer.
- Responsible for the validation/disposition and reporting of internal production scrap and all other administrative
- Lead the problem solving and documentation requirements for customer complaint resolution efforts.
- Perform and maintain conformance to Internal Calibration schedule through: statistical process control,
- Lead the inspection and disposition of customer product complaints for internal rejects.
- Responsible for monitoring raw material, in process and final inspection reports.
- Assist in production process control through: statistical process control, preventative maintenance and calibrations.
- Responsible to schedule and participate in external and internal quality system auditing processes and for file
- Assist in quality training of new/temporary team members; maintain training files for all team members.
- Perform inspection audits.
- Assist in customer satisfaction reviews.
- Control filing and maintenance of Quality/Management system documents.
- Process stock adjustments/stock transfers, sales orders, work orders and purchase orders relating to quality and
- Responsible for maintaining monthly/quarterly performance review number/graphs.
- Maintenance and update of vendor files, vendor Quality Report Cards and other vendor related documentation as
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, work instructions, safety rules and general work rules.
- Daily lead by example, pursure knowledge related to the ongoing improvement of the PDI quality system.
- Other duties as assigned to meet business expectations.
