Objective :
Lead and develop production team members with the goal of fulfilling all internal and external customer
requirements with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of supervision experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment

Lead and coordinate the production teams daily activities.Coach and mentor team members.Ensure the completion of the production schedule while meeting or exceeding all safety, quality, delivery and costtargets.
Supervise PPAP production orders and communicate possible production concerns to responsible parties.Develop strategies to improve safety, quality and efficiency of work performed.Ensure timely reporting and system transactions to track Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.Create and execute plan to develop and cross train all direct reports.Evaluate team members on a regular basis and provide them feedback on performance and behavior.Ensure escalation process is followed to drive timely resolution to all issues in regards to safety, quality, deliveryand cost.
Assist purchasing, scheduling, quality and warehouse team members, as needed, to ensure company and customerneeds are met.
Adhere to and ensure all team member adhere to company policies, procedures, general work rules, safety rulesand use of safety equipment.
Be adaptable to changing customer requirements.Participate in customer complaint resolution efforts.Lead and participate in daily area 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) activities.Other duties as assigned by the plant manager.Pay Range : $65,000-$70,000 plus straight time overtime.
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries / hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
