The role
We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will will recruit different type of profiles, mostly technicians/engineers as well as other corporate profiles.
Main tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Searching and recruiting of candidates all over the US.
- Report to the US HR Director and HR management from the main HQ in Spain.
- Review job descriptions of open positions together with Managers.
- Review and select the best Resumes for each position, conduct the screening, phone and face-to-face interviews to evaluate the suitability of profiles for the positions.
- Contact and coordinate with external companies and collaborators in the recruiting field if required.
- Manage the hiring process and documents associated with the employee's registration in the company's management system, collaborating with other departments involved.
- Onboarding of the people selected as well as the follow-up and evaluation of the satisfaction of new hires.
- To research and innovate as well as to propose actions aimed to generating added value to methods, techniques and tools used in the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Collaborate with other departments in building and implementing talent management processes to achieve the desired employee experience at Power Electronics.
- Comply with the tasks and responsibilities assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
- Education related with HR, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar
- Recruiting experience - 2 years at least
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word
- Fluent Spanish (desirable)
- Experience using SAP Success Factors (desirable)
