We are currently searching for a Technical Training Specialist who will deliver on-line and on-site trainings to customers and new employees on company's products (Solar and Storage). Best candidates will have already hands on experience in the Renewable industry, working with different equipment and performing electrical and mechanical work. Ideal candidates will have experience working with Solar inverters and have performed technical trainings.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver on-line and on-site trainings to customers and new employees on company's products (Solar and Storage areas).
- Analyze training needs at technical level.
- Collaborate with other areas to ensure that we meet expectations.
- Attendance and participation in seminars and training visits.
- Reporting and follow up on trainings completed.
- Creation of technical content, based on presentations and videos.
- Reviewing and adapting technical training materials, ensuring that they are attractive and understandable to users.
- Conduct site visits of the equipment to acquire practical knowledge.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the manager.
- Comply with Health and Safety procedures in the workplace.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in similar role.
- Field experience working with HV equipment.
- High knowledge in electrical concepts.
- Education in Electrical/Electronics or similar.
- Advanced Microsoft Office package.
- Spanish (desirable).
