Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced NETA Technician 3 or 4 to join our team at Power Engineering Services, a Quanta Services company, in Converse, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all field service issues and requests
- Assist inside sales with estimating needs by providing technical guidance
- Become the primary point of contact for all matters associated with field services
- Prepare senior technicians for assigned jobs
- Provide on-site technical support as needed
- Deliver technical/hands-on training
- Determine technician qualifications in conjunction with senior leadership
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a technical field
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- NETA certification level 3 or 4 (required)
- Proven experience in technical services management, focusing on electrical systems and NETA 3 standards
- In-depth knowledge of electrical testing procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
- Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, resource allocation, and multi-project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for project management, documentation, and data analysis
