Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Manager to join our team at Power Engineering Services, LLC. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical system operations within the organization.
You will ensure that all electrical systems are installed, maintained, and repaired effectively and safely, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also be the primary point of contact for all field service issues/requests and assist inside sales with estimating needs by providing technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage technical services operations within the organization
• Ensure effective and safe installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide on-site technical support as needed
• Determine technician qualifications in conjunction with senior leadership
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in a technical field or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. They must also have NETA certification level 3 or 4 and proven experience in technical services management, with a focus on electrical systems and NETA 3 standards.
A strong background in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, are also required.
