Archaeology Principal Investigator - Full Time
POWER Engineers' Environmental Division provides planning, permitting, engineering, site assessment, and corrective action services to clients worldwide. Across multiple industries, our diverse staff specialize in the areas of air, water, waste, ecological and cultural resources across the country and internationally.
Our Central Cultural Resources Department is seeking an Archaeology Principal Investigator to join the environmental team. This position can be based in one of the following offices with the ability to work remotely :
- Austin, Texas
- Houston, Texas
- San Antonio, Texas
- Baton Rouge, LA
This is a full-time, salaried position that comes with a great benefits package.
Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities :
The candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team of archaeologists, architectural historians, historians, biologists, and ecologists on a variety of project scales. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting with managing complex projects, client relations, assisting in proposal writing and business development, directing archaeological fieldwork, and report preparation. Qualified applicants will possess strong leadership skills, technical writing skills, and communication skills.
