POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking a full-time Corporate Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist) to join our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Area Lead, this role involves close collaboration with department managers across assigned areas to identify and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This position offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid workstyle environment. You will be required to work in the office 3-4 days per week.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted partner and expert in meeting their staffing needs.
- Provide hiring recommendations to department leaders, ensuring high-quality hires that align with company standards.
- Develop and foster relationships with professional organizations to attract and proactively source a diverse and highly qualified talent pool.
- Utilize social media platforms, networking opportunities, online recruiting resources, and the applicant tracking system (Taleo) to identify and engage top candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications for various position requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure hiring managers and interview teams are prepared and interviews are conducted professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive candidate and hiring information.
- Participate in occasional domestic travel (less than 10%).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or as an agency recruiter.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of recruiting processes, interview procedures, and general human resources practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone presentation abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with employment and labor laws.
- Experience using Taleo Business Edition Applicant Tracking System.
- Prior experience recruiting in the engineering consulting industry.
- Knowledge of OFCCP requirements.
