Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, preparing invoices, and generating status reports. They will also work with Project Managers to ensure compliance with contracts, subcontracts, and change order documents. Strong analytical skills, decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must have at least six years of related experience in accounting or finance. You should have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, and an ERP system or accounting software. A degree in business, accounting, or finance is preferred, as well as certification in project management. We are looking for a self-starter with strong organizational and document coordination skills who can work independently and as part of a team.
