Senior Structural Engineer (SE)
POWER Engineers seeks an energetic and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. Base salary range: $100K - $165K. The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual's job related knowledge, skills, experience and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. The range provided above does not include additional compensation such as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(k) match, etc.

- Relocation assistance and a hiring bonus may be available for this position
- A major component of our design process relies on Building Information Modeling (BIM). In particular, the use of Autodesk Revit Structural is one of the integrated collaboration tools used in communicating 3-D design to our project teams, owners, and construction professionals.
- There is a lot of latitude for decision-making; we’re not interested in micromanaging.
- We expect everyone on the team to assume ownership of the project's goals and success.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a Structural emphasis
- 10 years of experience
- Structural Engineering (SE) License
- Ability to perform work requiring independent judgment, and adaptation/modification of engineering principles
- PE License required
- Competent in concrete, structural steel, and foundation design
- Must have Finite element analysis experience, RISA 3D
- Ability to manage small projects with little oversight
- Experience with Navisworks
- Experience with Revit
- Deep Foundation design
