Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities :
POWER Engineers / WSP is seeking a talented civil engineering student for a summer 2025 internship in our Overhead Transmission Line Department in Houston, TX. Under the guidance of experienced staff, the successful candidate will learn to design overhead transmission line structures, foundations, and their related facilities.
In addition to working under the guidance of experienced team members, the selected intern will also participate in sessions designed to develop your skills and provide networking opportunities. Those sessions include :
- Professional Development sessions focused on resume writing, interview tips, building a LinkedIn profile, and more.
- Early Talent Speaker Series where leaders speak to interns about their role, their vision for the company, and their career path, offer career advice, and a Q&A session.
- Fun Friday activities where interns company-wide join to network and have some fun while doing it.
