What You'll Be Doing
- Processes customer payments daily by depositing checks and/or running ACH payments and applying payments to customer accounts.
- Processes dealer rebate and spiff payments.
- Maintains sales demo account reports and works closely with sales team to resolve any issues.
- Processes customer credit and re-bills as necessary.
- Sets up new customer accounts and processes credit applications.
- Processes credit reference requests.
- Reviews accounts to keep current and makes calls as needed for follow up.
- Maintains dealer files current and up to date as necessary.
- Clear credit holds and use as a tool for discussion with customer.
- Operates telephone system to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
- Greets persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.

What We'll Need from You
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum one-year related experience in an Accounts Receivable position.
- Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software.
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
