Parts Clerk

Power Equipment Solutions is a fast-growing equipment company with locations in Central and Southwest Ohio. Since 1999, PES has been a family-owned company with outstanding growth potential. We are looking for a Full-time Parts Clerk to join our Springfield location! We specialize in Golf Cars and Utility Vehicles, our main brand is E-Z-GO Golf Cars, E-Z-GO has an extremely well recognized name and offers a premium, Made in USA product.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring accurate stock levels
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of parts and supplies
- Organize and maintain parts storage area for easy access and inventory control
- Process parts requests from service department and customers
- Coordinate with vendors to order necessary parts and supplies
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of parts inventory system
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and vendors
- Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to identify needed parts for repairs
- Assist with demand planning to ensure availability of critical parts

Experience:
- Previous experience in purchasing or inventory management preferred
- Knowledge of parts and equipment repair is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Proficient in data entry and using computer systems for inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

- Must have a valid Driver’s License

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

- Must have forklift certification

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
