Power-Flo Technologies is looking for you to join our state of the art fabrication and service facility as an administrative assistant.
As the Industrial Shop Administrator , you will support the growth and organization of our industrial facility by managing customer accounts while providing excellent customer service.
Full Time. On-site in New Hyde Park.
This role is Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3 : 30 PM.
18 - $21 / hour benefits
As the Industrial Shop Administrator, you will :
- Facilitate the efficient operation of our industrial shops
- Communicate with customers via e-mail and phone
- Gain product and service knowledge
- Conduct research on customer and vendor histories
- Manage Excel based job tracking sheet
- Manage customer accounts
- Upload service tickets and job cards to job tracking sheet
- Review job and parts order status
- Enter Bill of Materials for jobs
- File service tickets, vendor invoices, and packing slips
- Perform other office administrative duties upon request
