Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Manage and motivate foremen, field technicians, and office administration, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Quote customers based on site visits and information from field technicians.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in plumbing contracting, including quotations experience, and be familiar with regional plumbing codes and permitting processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years' experience in plumbing contracting, including quotations experience.
- Familiarity with regional plumbing codes and permitting processes.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Leadership experience in managing and working with others.
