About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organizational goals, including market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Leadership & Team Management : Inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
  • Communication : Craft compelling internal and external messaging, including campaigns, presentations, and other communications.
  • Data-Driven Decisions : Analyze marketing data, ROI, and key performance metrics to guide strategy and report results. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise : Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies while leveraging tools like HubSpot and Google Ads.
  • Creativity & Innovation : Design innovative campaigns and adapt strategies to evolving market trends.
  • Budget Management : Optimize marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize impact.
  • Project Management : Ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives using tools like Asana and Trello.
  • Customer Focus : Understand customer needs to build long-term relationships and enhance loyalty.
  • Vendor Relations : Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
