About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organizational goals, including market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Communication: Craft compelling internal and external messaging, including campaigns, presentations, and other communications.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze marketing data, ROI, and key performance metrics to guide strategy and report results. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies while leveraging tools like HubSpot and Google Ads.
- Creativity & Innovation: Design innovative campaigns and adapt strategies to evolving market trends.
- Budget Management: Optimize marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize impact.
- Project Management: Ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives using tools like Asana, Trello, etc.
- Customer Focus: Understand customer needs to build long-term relationships and enhance loyalty.
- Vendor Relations: Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
