Full Time – Service Advisor
BILINGUAL IS A PLUS!! MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!!
Being a Service Advisor, you are hero to our customer’s car! We are a very busy dealership with steady workflow. Our service Advisors must have exceptional customer service, polished verbal and written skills, with up-to-date vehicle knowledge, and thrives in fast paced and dynamic environment.
Expectations:
· Greeting customers in professional manner, and maintaining impeccable customer satisfaction
· Ensure on building customer rapport by communicating progress update and coordinating detail on each customers vehicle, and if needed arranging towing and temporary transportation
· Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, discovering causes and issues of vehicle, and obtaining approval signatures before any repairs and services submitted into RO service system.
· Examining past records, verifying warranty and service contract coverage
· Follow-throughs, Accurate write-ups of customers concerns by answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction of work preformed
· Obtaining approvals of any repairs and any transactions of customers costs and estimates
· High level of response and attention. Returning (within 5 minutes) missed phone calls, emails and drive ins.
· Attention to critical detail, scheduling service appointments, providing customer contact information, and accurately recorded diagnostic of vehicle in CRM system.
· Performing any additional task assigned by management, as well as working closely with the other departments within the dealership to add value to job accomplishments
Qualifications:
· Confidence in your ability to up-sell.
· Must be proficient in working with multiple programs on computer at once. (Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, MS Office, Tablet, etc.)
· Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
· Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
· Understanding & Knowledgeable of parts, hand-tools, methods, techniques, and wide variety of electrical test equipment and any other form to help maintenance or repair vehicles.
Requirements:
· Absolutely must possess an engaging and professional appearance
· Available for all shifts, including Saturdays – off Sundays
· Minimum 2 year’ experience as an automotive service advisor
· Must have and maintain a valid driver license and an acceptable and safe driving record.
· Must be able to pass drug screen
