Description
SUMMARY : This position is primarily responsible for performing duties such as welding, drilling, tapping, and / or running the saw to cut steel by performing the following duties
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools.
- Read and interpret diagrams, sketches and blueprints to determine operations, required materials and timeframes for projects.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment.
- Pushes / pulls carts to stack steel on and mover from one station to another.
- Operates a forklift
