What You’ll Do: As a Marine Technician, your day-to-day will be filled with exciting challenges that include:

• Provide timely, dependable, and top-quality service to ensure our customers' boats and marine systems are in perfect working condition.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues using cutting-edge tools, technical manuals, and your expertise.
• Handling component removal, disassembly, reconditioning, and ensuring systems run smoothly.
• Performing repairs on all marine systems and components, keeping them in line with factory specifications.
• Communicating with Service Manager about additional repair needs to guarantee safe and efficient operation for customers.
• Completing repair orders, tagging warranty parts, and adhering to our strict safety regulations.
• Sharing your expertise by mentoring and collaborating with fellow technicians.
• Attending paid training sessions to stay ahead of the curve with the latest brands and techniques.
• Maintaining industry certifications and ensuring your work area is clean and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
