Requisitos :

  • Recién Egresado (a) de la Carrera de Marketing, comunicaciones, publicidad o afines.
  • Mínimo 3 meses de experiencia en Ventas, Call center, o community manager (Oficina).
  • Manejo y monitoreo de cuentas de redes sociales (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Manejo o conocimiento de programas de Diseño (Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) (indispensable).
  • Manejo de Office a nivel intermedio.
  • Alto sentido de responsabilidad, creativo y carismático.

Actividades a realizar :

  • Brindar soporte al desarrollo de las estrategias de Marketing.
  • Registro de gestiones con clientes en general.
  • Recepción de llamadas (derivaciones y atención de consultas).
  • Actualización de datos de clientes y coordinación con áreas respectivas.
  • Gestionar, monitorear las redes sociales.
  • Orientar a los clientes sobre el servicio de nuestros proyectos.
  • Reportar informe según su jefe inmediato lo requiera.
