KEY HIGHLIGHTS - WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Why This Territory Is Exciting
- Diverse Industry Opportunities: While heavy in oil & gas, this territory is not limited to just one sector. You'll have the chance to tap into refineries, power generation, coal mines, food and beverage industries-anywhere automation and controls are key.
- Untapped Potential: With only 25-30% current market penetration, there's enormous potential to grow within a large end-user customer base. Plus, you'll also have opportunities with customers who manufacture control panels for these large end-users.
- Minimal Competition: With limited internal competition in North Dakota, especially in the Western region, you'll have the freedom to pursue business from Fargo to Eastern Montana.
- Focus on Automation: Automation is not just a part of what we do-it's all we do. You'll be part of a company that is fully dedicated to this field.
- Power/mation Support: You'll have the strength of Power/mation behind you, including Business Development Managers, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Fulfillment Centers.
- Uncapped Commission Model: Enjoy a 100% commission model with a 2-year guaranteed earnings plan.
- Established Accounts: You'll receive a large base package of accounts, but the real opportunity lies in growing the territory.
- Mentorship: Benefit from mentorship by one of our top reps and a board member who will guide you to success.
