At Power Mortgage, we strive to provide our loan officers with the resources they need to succeed. On top of leading the market in commission for our Loan Officers we provide new fresh leads daily.
Our systems are custom build and integrated with fortune 100 companies to optimize the chances of our Loan Officers to get a qualified client on the line.

Duties
- Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
- Training and mentoring.
- Conduct credit analysis to determine the eligibility of applicants for various loan products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FNMA guidelines, Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant financial policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the loan process.
- Utilize financial software to manage client accounts and track loan progress efficiently.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Assist clients in understanding their financing options and guide them toward the best solutions for their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mortgage servicing or financial sales is preferred.
- Training and mentoring.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry.
- Familiarity with contracts related to loan agreements is a plus.
- Knowledge of FNMA guidelines and Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable.
- Experience with financial software systems to streamline operations.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Strong analytical skills for effective credit analysis and risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
