We're looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Chief Business Officer (CBO) to join our team and lead business development and fundraising efforts.
As a CBO, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, establishing key partnerships, and driving our fundraising strategy. This is a unique opportunity for a driven leader to make a significant impact in the rapidly growing mental health tech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the executive team to define the long-term business strategy and roadmap for the AI-driven mental health platform.
- Business Development : Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, partners, and investors. Establish relationships with healthcare providers, tech companies, and mental health professionals.
- Fundraising : Lead fundraising efforts, including pre-seed, seed, and Series A rounds. Leverage your network to secure investments and help the company grow.
- Revenue Model Development : Build and refine revenue models for both B2B and B2C channels, focusing on scalability and long-term profitability.
- Partnerships & Alliances : Establish strategic partnerships with key players in the healthcare, technology, and AI industries. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive market penetration.
- Investor Relations : Manage relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding the company's progress and needs.
- Team Building : Help scale the business by recruiting and managing senior talent, establishing a high-performing team culture.
