Position Overview
The P/T Finance Analyst is responsible for a wide range of activities, including gathering data, organizing information, analyzing historical results, assisting with forecasts and projections, making recommendations, and generating Excel models, presentations, and reports.
Reports To: Assistant Executive Director - Financial & Operations
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
No. of Hours: 20 hours per week

Reports To: Assistant Executive Director - Financial & Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with reconciling monthly finance reporting
- Assist with grant agreement requirements
- Assist with quarterly financial reporting for the board of directors
- Prepare monthly reports for the Finance & Operations Director
- Track expenses allocations to restricted projects
- Process expense reports using Concur
- Process invoices
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Tableau and Concur
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
- Flexible and patient in fast-paced environments, with a proactive and self-starter attitude.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
