Description:
Essential Functions:
- Assembles product - hydraulic systems and components, and associated sub-assemblies along with material handling.
- Must be able to understand the operation of integrated assembly and test stand equipment.
- Operates air tools, wrenches, sockets, and power assembly and holding fixtures.
- Reads blueprints and work instructions. Process flow diagrams.
- Makes accept or reject decisions on components and final assemblies.
- SPC charts - interpret information.
- Must be able to work in a team environment utilizing continuous improvement tools.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean work area to ensure a high standard of safety and appearance.
- Train others about job duties.
- Assist with preventive maintenance as needed.

Requirements:Qualifications - Education, Experience, and/or Training:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to exchange information with co-workers, and work as part of a team.
- Basic reading, writing, math.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, bills of material, ship orders, parts numbers, parts lists, and defect charts.
- Must be able to understand quality standards and gauging.
- Ability to comprehend safety instructions.
- Ability to visually match parts and discern colors for assembly of product with color coded part numbers.
- Ability to lift 1-30 pounds intermittently and occasional moving of 50-70 pounds at table height.
