Qualifications :
- A current Apprentice Plumbing License. Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Drug-free, clean driving record valid driver’s license
- Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment, and / or willingness to learn (i.e. pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
- Ability to lift 80lbs plus.
- Desire to help People by Installing, Repairing, and Maintaining their plumbing systems
- Must be able to be flexible, must be able to take direction, and work with a team
- Motivated and driven to ensure excellence.
- Assist / train with service / repair calls as directed by Dispatch and Management
- A timely response to assigned calls is expected.
- Professional interaction with customers, including the following of company policies regarding cleanliness of homes / facilities / work order procedures.
- Adherence to company policies regarding communication with Dispatch and office regarding status of jobs, unplanned job difficulties, etc.
- Customer work orders and invoices must be submitted to the Office in a complete and timely manner, as defined by the applicable policies and procedures in place. Late submissions of invoices may result in disciplinary action.
- Assist Technicians to keep trucks maintained in an orderly and efficient manner, including the performance of maintenance tracking in conformity with warranty and company standards.
- Assist in keeping trucks stocked with parts in accordance with company standards, and parts are not to be taken for personal use without the permission of Management.
