We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Estimator and Project Manager to oversee and manage residential electrical projects and Generac generator installations from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a background in estimating and project management, with a focus on residential electrical systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate contracts, and a thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Responsibilities
- Estimate and write quotations for residential and small commercial, service and generator projects.
- Lead and manage multiple electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans while coordinating with customers.
- Prepare accurate estimates and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly to maintain timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and adherence to project specifications.
