This position will coordinate the fueling needs for our fleet of generators out in the field, and the billing for this service. The primary interaction will be with fueling companies and our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule fuel for generators in the Arizona area (2 fuel schedules)
- Activate and inspect contracts
- Enter invoices and field tickets into gens
- Keep record of generators that need service and invoices
- Inspect field tickets and invoices
- Call customers and subcontractor
- Send out list of generators on re-rent to all subcontractors
- Scan invoices
- Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
- One or more years’ experience in a clerical or administrative background.
- Good communication and people skills
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft office programs
- Proper phone etiquette, with clear speaking voice
- Ability to Multitask within job duties
- Detail-oriented
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Work requires continual attention to detail in proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
