Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic laboratory tests across various disciplines, including hematology, microbiology, immunology, chemistry, and blood banking.
- Analyze, interpret, and validate test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow stringent laboratory safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver timely and accurate test results critical for patient care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of procedures, results, and quality control data.
- Stay current with advancements in medical technology through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Certification by ASCP, AMT, or an equivalent credential (preferred).
- Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
