POSITION : Sales Operations Specialist
LOCATION : Jupiter, FL.
STATUS : Salary-Exempt
JOB SUMMARY
Support Internal Sales Operations & Analytics Team with review and management of internal data for Orders / Sales Forecast and Resource Planning for periodic Analysis and Reporting. Support all functions related Customer Order Acceptance, Internal Processing and Reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Support Data Maintenance and Preparation of Operational Sales Reporting for Customer Orders / Sales and Forecasted Pipeline and Demand Resource Planning.
- Lead review of Salesforce CRM Forecast Pipeline and hold periodic review meetings with Sales and Tendering Data Owners.
- Organize Salesforce CRM Data Entry and Management of Commercial Pipeline requirements for Internal Material & Service Resources. Schedule periodic review meeting with Internal Data Owners and Support resource analysis for SIOP Planning.
- Support Management of KPI Reporting Data in Salesforce CRM.
- Manage Alignment of Monthly / Quarterly Customer Order Bookings with Internal Operating Procedures and Salesforce CRM Requirements for Internal Approval and Transaction Closing
- Assist in Annual, Quarterly & Monthly sales report preparation as required.
- Provide Backup Support for Tasks Related to Customer Order Booking and Approval Including :
Collection and Review of all documentation related to acceptability for pricing, scope, commercial terms, legal, tax, delivery, export compliance and ITAR and Coordination with Internal Stakeholders as required.
