Though no prior experience or knowledge in laser technology is required, an interest in the field will be beneficial. We provide a comprehensive training program, equipping you with the necessary knowledge and skills for success in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Assembly Technician, you will be instrumental in the production and assembly of lasers and other high-tech electronic and photonics products. Key tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Assembling circuit boards and electronic products
- Utilizing hand soldering skills (a plus but not required)
- Following detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards
- Assisting with packaging and shipping of products
Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with keen attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining excellent attendance. Knowledge of electronics is a huge plus but not a requirement. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our innovative company.
Job Type and Hours:
At this time we are hiring for full-time positions. For full-time positions, you will be expected to work 40 hours per week. For part-time positions, a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is preferred.
