Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with our sales and engineering teams to develop relationships with new and existing customers. You’ll focus on learning our product lines, understanding customer needs, and guiding them toward the right solutions. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in a B2B environment, offering the opportunity to grow your knowledge of laser technology while contributing to our overall growth strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships, providing excellent service and timely support.
- Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts to meet sales goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to learn and understand our laser products and how they solve customer challenges.
- Assist with preparing proposals and providing customers with accurate pricing and delivery information.
- Participate in technical and sales training sessions to build your understanding of the industry.
- Represent Power Technology at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies for specific products and markets.
Who You Are:
- A tech enthusiast with a passion for learning and an interest in cutting-edge technology.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable working with both technical teams and customers.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (B2B experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to take ownership of your success.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with good problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel occasionally (up to 15%) for trade shows and customer visits.
