In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering top-tier service to both our customers and sales team, ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Support : Provide outstanding customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services.
- Sales Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Sales Team to enter quotes, sales orders, and maintain accurate records of open orders to ensure timely follow-ups and successful sales conversions.
- Manage the "Book of Business" : Partner with the Sales Team to maintain and manage an organized and efficient "Book of Business," ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Support & Workload Management : Balance workload effectively within the Customer Experience Team and identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration across the organization to ensure operational excellence.
- Data Maintenance : Update customer and contact records, including communication preferences, to keep information current and easily accessible.
