What You'll Do
In this position, you'll be working as an assistant to the owner. Responsibilities will include Scheduling service employees. Preparing Estimates and Invoices, Customer communication, categorizing bank entries in QuickBooks online, ordering job supplies, filing PDFs on the server and hard copies in the files, answering the phone, Verifying employee time records for payroll. We will provide training in the beginning.
